Founded in March 2016 by Jimmy Davis Jr., Davis Land Surveying, LLC proudly serves Abbeville, Alabama, and the surrounding Wiregrass region. Built on a commitment to accuracy, professionalism, and dependable service, the company provides land surveying solutions for residential, commercial, and development projects throughout the area and across Alabama. A Wiregrass native and U.S. Army veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom, Jimmy began his surveying career in 2005. Through hands-on field experience and continued education, he advanced from survey crew member to party chief and eventually project manager. In 2009, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Geomatics from Troy University while working full-time in the surveying industry. His experience includes residential and commercial surveying, subdivision development, and large-scale engineering projects, including work involving the Alabama and Tennessee Departments of Transportation. After gaining valuable experience throughout Alabama, Jimmy returned home to the Wiregrass to pursue his longtime goal of establishing his own surveying company. Today, Davis Land Surveying continues to serve its community with the same values on which it was founded: integrity, accuracy, and a commitment to delivering quality work in a timely manner.
